The Supreme Court rules that convicted prisoners do not have a constitutional right to DNA testing that may exonerate them, whilst a former police officer wins five puppy clones of his deceased dog in an essay contest titled the "Golden Clone Giveaway." I guess some biotech can be raffled off, and some has to be kept out of the hands of dangerous criminals.
